Donations

A portion of every plot sale is donated to vetted nonprofit organizations via our charity arm, Damn Good Deeds™. The donation amount is built into each tier and transparently recorded in the Infernal Ledger™.

Non-Refundable Purchases

All sales are final. Because this is a custom, symbolic product linked to real-time donation tracking, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once a purchase is made.

Public Registry & Privacy

Your plot number and donation will be listed in our Infernal Ledger™. You may use a nickname or opt for anonymity, but you cannot be fully removed once the transaction is complete — consider it your permanent place in Hell.

By submitting names, notes, or personal messages through our platform, you confirm that:

● It is not hate speech, illegal, or a threat of real harm

● We reserve the right to reject or redact any content we believe violates these terms.

HellYea Inc. is not liable for emotional fallout, awkward family dinners, or unsolicited hauntings caused by your symbolic damnation purchase.
